Influence Releases this Fall
July 19, 2021 – Dallas, TX. – Suellen Roberts had always dreamed of writing a book and this fall that dream becomes a reality as she releases Influence: 52 Devotions by Women Who Impact Culture.
The book, that will be published by Christian Women in Media (CWIMA), is a collaboration between Roberts and CWIMA members who are now being invited to submit devotions for inclusion in Influence. All CWIMA members are eligible. Devotions, 500-750 words, should include a Scripture, and will be judged based on a Scoring Rubric that includes categories like “Writing Clarity,” “Writing Fluidity,” and “Scriptural Integrity.”
There is a $25 charge for entries. If a devotion is chosen, the cost to be a part of Influence is $250, with a $100 fee for any additional devotions that are accepted. Entry forms and detailed guidelines for submissions can be found at cwima.org/influencebook.
“I hope all of our CWIMA members will choose to submit devotions,” said Suellen Roberts, author of Influence. “With 52 different media platforms represented, Influence offers an opportunity to expand their reach and impact culture exponentially for Christ.”
