November 9, 2020 – Dallas, TX. – For the first time since the COVID-19 Pandemic began, the Christian Women in Media Association (CWIMA) will hold “in-person” Connect Events on November 19, 2020 in various locations across the world. These gatherings will be informal gatherings with no scheduled programs, but will provide an opportunity for members to share about their current projects and to get to know other better. However, because of more stringent Pandemic restrictions in some states, some Connect Groups will still be meeting online in November. It’s important to navigate to the CWIMA website at www.cwima.org/events/ to find out the plans for your city. “We will be taking every precaution to protect our members from the COVID-19 virus,” said Tracey Mitchell, Executive Vice-President of National Connections. “The Dallas Connect event will be held outside and we will wear masks as needed.

”Meanwhile, plans are already underway for the December meeting as well. “Our December Connect Event on December 17 will once again be held online,” said Suellen Roberts, Founder of Christian Women in Media. “I am looking forward to providing an inspirational Christian message and we’ll also build in some time for us all to talk about our treasured holiday traditions.” Cost of the December Christmas Connect Event on Zoom is $10.00.
