Janet Broling

Janet Broling has been recognized for her efforts to introduce believers to one of the most powerful and satisfying resources available to them: prayer in the Name of Jesus. Notes Janet: “My own passion for a deeper walk with God was awakened at the age of 35, when I was deeply challenged by the life of Jacob in Scripture. I was struck by Jacob's radical change in mid-life after he responded to God while out in the desert running from his brother’s death threat.”

When well past mid-life, God gave her a vision during prayer, which led to The Women’s Prayer Summits of October 4, 1997, and October 3, 1998, in The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Her first book, "What Can One Woman Do?" encouraged other prayer summits in Chicago, Illinois, and Albania, plus women’s meetings in Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Brazil, Bolivia and India.

Global7.tv, co-founded in 1999 by Enkelejda Shelburne and Janet Broling, was acquired in 2021 by Media 7 Balkans in Albania.

Her second book, "Inquiry into Majesty from the Gospel of John clearly explains how you may have peace, rather than fear of death, and live eternally with The Majestic One in heaven.

She and her husband of 66 years take great pleasure exploring the beautiful Smokey Mountains and sharing in the lives of their three children, spouses, thirteen grandchildren, great-grands and many wonderful friends.
