Rachelle Fletcher is a wife, mother, worship leader, and servant of Jesus, using her voice to help others find intimacy in worship and fulfill their kingdom destinies. As a Christian recording artist, Rachelle has released two CDs, Breakthrough and Raise Praise, and her latest single, "Water in My Desert," leads listeners to Christ's living waters. She is passionate about leading others into worship and intimacy with God.
Alongside her husband Bill, with whom she has been married for 34 years, Rachelle pioneered and pastored churches for over 20 years. Together, they founded one of Fort Worth’s largest food banks and launched the Goodness Project in 2002, which provides millions of dollars in resources annually to families in crisis. The Goodness Project also partners with large organizations for disaster relief and support in devastated cities, serving children and families in crisis. In the last two years, it has expanded to DFW, Nashville, Buffalo, Jackson, Toronto, and Israel.
In 2019, Rachelle contributed to The Invitation to Intimacy with God, sharing life lessons to encourage women in faith. In 2024, she co-authored Chasing Rainbows 2, offering hope to those navigating life's storms. Rachelle also founded the Gathering for Women, hosting worship gatherings to help women discover their God-given identity and purpose. Her prayer is that all believers demonstrate God's goodness through kindness and a deep belief in the image of God in every person.

Our gracious heavenly Father gives us the great privilege to participate in the work He is doing on earth to make an eternal difference for His kingdom. Some assignments come when you least expect them.
At the age many people retire, God gave Janet Broling a vision during prayer. In obedience, she founded and was Executive Director of The Women’s Prayer Summit, Inc.
On Oct. 4, 1997 and October 3, 1998, thousands of women gathered for prayer in The Theater at Madison Square Garden, NYC. In 2010, the original executive committee, women of varied denominations and ethnicities, hosted another Women's Prayer Summit at the Armory, NYC.
Her book, “What Can One Woman Do?” (Anything God wants to do through her) told the story. Other prayer summits followed in Chicago, IL, Albania and speaking at women’s meetings in Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Brazil, Bolivia and India.
This prayer summit is not something that one woman alone can do. The other seven incredible prayer warriors on this committee are involved in every decision reached and the actual work required to bring this Historic Prayer Summit to reality.
We are asking God to open the windows of heaven so that His Spirit will personally clarify the calling and kingdom assignment in the heart and mind of each woman attending on May 17th, thereby revealing the path onward.
