AMANI MUSTAFA

Amani Mustafa’s journey to freedom in Christ is a compelling story of faith, hope, and courage.

She was born into an Islamic family in Egypt. Her mother came to faith in Jesus, and through her transformed life Amani also came to faith as a young teenager. But when her family discovered what had happened, Amani’s mother was forced to flee Egypt, leaving everything  behind— including Amani. Amani was eventually forced to marry a Muslim man who abused her, treating her as nothing more than an object and possession. Through a series of miracles Amani and her children were allowed to move to the United States, though they were still pursued and terrorized by Muslims and forced to live as fugitives for years. But instead of living in bitterness or fear Amani has used her experience to courageously reach out to help Muslim women trapped in the tyrannical hand of Islam.

She is now producer and host of a television show, The Muslim Woman, the first Christian television program specifically for Muslim women in the Middle East, North Africa and the Arabian peninsula. The program reaches 300 million households, and each live broadcast is viewed by 50 million women.
