Biography
God has allowed Sherry to touch the lives of hundreds of women through conference speaking, teaching bible studies, writing, and mentoring. The core of her ministry is that true freedom can only be found in Jesus Christ.
Sherry is an ordained minister and the founder and director of Sherry Poundstone Ministries. She is the author of two bible studies, Becoming a Woman of Character and Becoming a Woman of Power with God.
In addition, Sherry is co-director of the Christian Communicators Conference, a professional speaker training conference and community. She is also a local network leader for Christian Women in Media and a member of the Advanced Writers and Speakers Association.
Above all else, Sherry’s most valued role is that of wife to her husband John. Together, they are the founders of Bethesda Reno-Tahoe Ministry and John currently serves as Pastor of Restoration Church in northern Nevada.
