Biography
Missy Maxwell Worton, is a multi-award winning, best-selling author of her debut book, Don’t Mess With This Mama, a true story of rescuing her six year old adopted daughter from slavery. She is a speaker and coach. As an author, she writes across various media platforms, including film, television and multiple magazines. Her greatest desire is to awaken women to the divine calling they have within them as a daughter of a mighty and loving God. She started her company, The Warrior Writers to inspire, encourage and help first time authors write and release their book for Kingdom Impact. Launching them into a fulfilling career sharing their personal testimonies. She believes that healed authors write books that bring healing and hope to the reader who’s struggling in the same areas of pain and hardship.
Missy is a former actress and singer in a nationally faith based Broadway-style musical company dealing with family and faith issues.
Missy lives in Franklin, Tennessee with her husband of 33 years enjoying their four grown children and new granddaughter.
