Biography

Mary Treacy O’Keefe is a speaker, author, spiritual director, radio show host and hospice volunteer who is passionately committed to helping people discover what God calls them to do and be. She is a dynamic and entertaining storyteller whose presentations often contain personal testimonies, scripture and a four-part PRAY process for discerning God’s will in experiences that people often believe are “meant-to-be.”
After nearly twenty years in the corporate world, Mary received a Master’s Degree in Theology and became certified as a spiritual director. As a result of both her own experience as a breast cancer survivor and responding to God’s messages, Mary co-founded a nonprofit organization that provided low cost/free psychosocial and spiritual support to over 30,000 people between 2004-2015. Mary also is the award-winning author of Thin Places: Where Faith is Affirmed and Hope Dwells and Meant-to-Be Moments: Discovering What We Are Called to Do and Be. She is available for national and international keynote addresses, seminars, breakout sessions, retreats, and workshops. Mary and her husband live in St. Paul, MN and have four grown children and two cherished grandchildren. To contact Mary or learn more about her, please visit www.marytreacyokeefe.com.
