Leisha Tedford Doherty, MSW, is the President & CEO of Her HeartBeat, a private consulting agency for women that offers custom success strategies through Marketing, Media & Branding Services, Coaching & Counseling, Education & Training, and Technology. Her HeartBeat’s mission is to ignite success in women’s lives both personally & professionally.
Leisha has a graduate degree in social work with an advanced certificate in women’s studies from Syracuse University. Her undergraduate degree is in cultural anthropology. She is a high-performance executive with over 25 years of management, PR, marketing, sales, and business leadership experience. Leisha also has strong orientations in corporate culture development, team and leadership development, and professional staff training, as well as over 30 years of counseling and wellness experience.
