Biography

Gale Jackson is a native Chicagoan, who now resides in Dallas, Texas.  She has worked extensively as a keynote speaker with Diversity Speakers, an international speaker’s bureau.  Gale has spoken at conferences, corporations, and universities within the US and Canada.  Gale has thirty years of legal experience working with prestigious law firms in Chicago, Seattle, San Diego and Dallas.  She is presently working with an international law firm in Dallas as a Corporate Legal Recruiter.

Gale has a strong passion for people, diversity and fairness. As a young adult she enjoyed working closely with various religious organizations studying the bible with diverse communities, and encouraging senior citizens and teenagers. Through divine guidance Gale was inspired to write the Fairy Godmother’s Little Book of Comfort for children of Domestic Violence published in 2023, and as a strong advocate for fairness, and watching the mistreatment in the workplace – she published her first book The Boss from Hell in 2017.

Gale has dedicating her life to stopping the destructive cycle of family violence. As a survivor of domestic violence her goal is to empower, encourage and educate individuals and companies on the destructive affects that violence has on families, the work place, and our society.
