Suellen Roberts is known as one of our nation's prominent Christian leaders. Her passion is to positively influence culture through media.
A Nonprofit with Three Divisions
It all began when she founded the non-profit organization JOY TV International in 1995, a non-profit that provided quality faith-based television. Roberts went on to produce three nationally syndicated television shows, including 'Women of Faith. In addition to creating television shows, she became the TV station's general manager and the Network's senior vice president. JOY TV International has three divisions: Christian Women in Media Association, Heart of Mercy Mission, and 3 JOY Films.
Christian Women in Media Association in 2002
In 2002, Roberts started Christian Women in Media Association (CWIMA). The organization aims to inspire, equip, and connect members in both Christian and secular media. CWIMA has grown exponentially over the twenty-three years it has been in existence. The programs offered are In-Person Events, Zoom Events, The Media Mastery Academy online training, and an extraordinary social media platform where media leaders can connect across America and internationally.

Heart of Mercy Mission in 2019
Heart of Mercy Mission (HMM) was established in 2019 as the humanitarian division of Christian Women in Media Association after Suellen Roberts visited India and the Balkans and saw the suffering women firsthand. She wanted to put heartfelt compassion into action and give hope to the hopeless, feeding them, loving them, and leading them to Jesus. This help has touched marginalized women in war-torn countries. 3 JOY Films in 2019
3 JOY Films (2019) Founder and Executive Producer Suellen Roberts made her foray into film as Executive Producer and Producer of Flying High for the Glory of God—the extraordinary life of Orville Rogers, who lived until the age of 101. Flying High for the Glory of God is streaming on Amazon Prime.
The next project that came under the 3 JOY Film umbrella is STRUCK the Series, which is a streaming series about the life and adventures of John D. Morris in his search for Noah's Ark with thirteen expeditions to Turkey and climbing Mt. Ararat. His true adventure story intertwines with the biblical account of Noah and the Ark.
