Cassandra provides Professional, Personal development and media training. Her area of expertise training is in the areas of Leadership, Team Building, Communication, Customer Service, and Organizational Effectiveness. A Certified John C Maxwell Team trainer and certified through Villa Nova University in Organizational Effectiveness and Human Resource Management. Cassandra has trained and spoken in churches, community centers, corporation, schools, and on TV and Radio and talk shows. In addition, have served on many panels and focus groups for development and organizational improvement.
Cassandra is a former business owner for 12 years of a Mortgage and Tax Service and now the CEO of Elevation Global Media Group ground breaking 21century media agency.
Cassandra is the founder of a women networking group of about 1k plus women called Business Women on the Move and Women of Impact. Founder of Diamonds and Pearls Unlimited and Bxtraordinary U a youth community where female relationships are strengthened and local, national, and world leaders are developed.
A Small Business Administration Sankofa Leaders. Author and Co- Author of two book projects and currently working on two of her own, one titled My Son about raising young men to be leaders in today’s society. Cassandra is also a five-year radio and TV talk show host on Radio One, Wilkins Radio, Delmarva Radio, Iheart and Dominion TV featuring Leadership from all around the world with relevant conversations about what is happening in the world and church today.
Cassandra has been married for 35 years to Antonio C. Ferguson and they serve together at Mt. Pleasant Church and Ministries on the Deacon Care & Marriage ministry. She also has four adult children Chantre’, Shaneka, Antonio Jr. and Antwan. One daughter-in love Renarda and a precious granddaughter Leonna.
